The Sold Out event, which took place on April 15th and 16th at River Café was an exploration of "Kaiseki"A Japanese culinary art form that balances the taste, texture, appearance and colors of local, seasonal food for an extraordinary tasting experience.

Renowned Chef Hidekazu Tojo of Tojo's in Vancouver returns to Calgary for two nights of exceptional culinary collaboration with Chef Andrew Winfield. 

Monday April 15th and Tuesday April 16th.

"Kaiseki"
A Japanese culinary art form that balances the taste, texture, appearance and colors of local, seasonal food for an extraordinary tasting experience.

Together the chefs will present an exquisite culinary journey through their respective regional landscapes. Each course expertly prepared and beautifully presented in careful sequence, enhancing the fresh seasonal ingredients of Spring for a contemporary take on the traditional "Kaiseki" dinner.

$160 + gratuity + GST
Includes hand-crafted Osake sake and extraordinary wine pairings.
Aperitif, canapé and sushi reception at 6pm.
Seven sensational seated courses at 7pm.
