Roots n’ Shoots is a multi-course dinner exploring the terrain of Alberta’s late-winter/early spring food landscape through the eyes and hearts of some of the city’s most inspiring – and inspired – chefs.

From River Café, Chef Andrew Winfield is joined by pastry chef Krissy Dumas and Boxwood Sous Chef Bethel Tesfay. Also participating are Justin Leboe from Model Milk, John MacNeil from Teatro, and Michael Dekker from Rouge.
