Monogram co-owners and Canadian Barista Champions Ben Put and Jeremy Ho have developed a menu of coffee drinks exclusive to the event, designed to spark your imagination, change your perception about coffee and celebrate the wonderful flavours that exist in quality coffee. Working closely with Chef Matthias, these coffees form the inspiration behind the flow and creation of each dish on the menu.
