Savour the taste of fall with our five course menu which will take you on a culinary journey exploring local ingredients, a distinct 'taste of place' and the meticulous use of the whole ingredient. This menu offers the very best organic seasonal ingredients, Oceanwise seafood and Alberta grass fed beef.
